Bananas With Caramel

What You'll Need:
1 small (6") banana, sliced into 1⁄2" rounds
1 tablespoon jarred sugar-free caramel sauce
Directions:
Place the banana in a small bowl. Heat the caramel sauce in a small bowl in the microwave or in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water until warmed, 10 to 30 seconds. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the banana and serve.
Makes 1 serving
Per serving: 135 calories, 1 g protein, 35 g carbohydrates, trace fat (trace saturated ), 0 mg cholesterol, 3 g fiber, 31 mg sodium
