Recipe: Lemon Honey Cayenne Tea

This tea is a cure-all for when you are feeling sick. Cayenne pepper is known for its healing properties, and when combined with lemon and honey, there is nothing that it cannot heal. However, you do not have to be sick to enjoy the spiciness of this tea.

Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon honey
A few sprinkles of cayenne

Directions:
Mix together the lemon juice, honey and cayenne in a mug. Pour over the boiling water and stir. Drink often when feeling sick.
