NSD: What was your big turning point—either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?
When Dr. H showed me my true age.

NSD: What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?
That we needed to be in some kind of shape like [being able to] run.

NSD: If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be?
[I would have] stayed in spite of my injuries. Leaving the show, even hurt, was my biggest mistake. If I could have stayed on, I could be [losing the weight] on time.

NSD: What was the hardest thing to adapt to while being on the ranch?
Camera time, interviews, workouts and challenges

NSD: What is one thing that keeps you motivated?
My family

NSD: What is your favorite workout?
Incumbent bike and the pool

NSD: What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you?
Do it for yourself. It's about you now.

NSD: What did you do for fun while you were on the ranch?
Listen to music, watch movies on the computer, play cards and write letters.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY DIDN'T SEND TRACEY HOME! SHE IS RUINING THE SHOW TO WHERE IT CAN'T EVEN BE FULLY ENJOYED! SOMEBODY SEND HER HOME! I THOUGHT FOR SURE LAST NIGHT THAT SHE WAS A GONER! I THOUGHT LIZ WAS GONNA TAKE HER OUT! I LOVED MO, AND I THOUGHT HE WAS THE SWEETEST CARING MAN. HE DESERVES IT MORE THAT TRACEY. HE COULD ACTUALLY WORK OUT IN THE GYM!
