My Pick of the Week: The Molly is a Dickie!

The Mini Cami by MollyDid you ever see a faux turtleneck dickie? Maybe in an old movie or the one that your grandfather wore under his sweater with his blazer so it looked like he was wearing a turtleneck? Well, My Pick of the Week is the Molly. What’s a Molly you ask? A Molly is a Dickie!

There are so many great cleavage bearing styles that are just not appropriate for the office, or the dinner with your prospective mother-in-law.  Now there is an answer to the question of how to multi-task that same piece for both conservative dress to after work events with a minimum of fuss. Molly.

The Molly is an abbreviated camisole that “Covers Up Cleveland Cleverly! “(Try saying that five times fast!) It will raise your neckline without any extra bulk that can cause lines and that constant tugging when your camisole rolls up all day long! Perfect with low-neckline dresses, sweaters and tops. And for my ladies that don’t like all this layering, you can pop on a Molly and fill in the spot where you want coverage.

The best part about the Molly is that it doesn’t roll like the Dickie that Giovanni Jones wore with his tuxedo in the Long Haired Hare. It’s fitted to sit smoothly and comfortably to give you confidence and coverage.

I particularly like the Mini-Cami from The Molly’s Clothing Line. You can switch it front to back. (one side is higher than the other). It is fade resistant and machine washable. I sell a Mini-Cami with almost every Melissa Dress…I just can’t keep them in the shop! It is such a great piece to add to your wardrobe. My customers’ love how many options they have with the Molly’s as so many more dresses can now be appropriate in every circumstance.

Last year the long sleeved Molly was my favorite. You can see me wearing one in my video, Multi-task Your Wardrobe. But this year it’s hands down…or boobies up…whichever... the Mini Cami Molly Wins!

Would you like to stop hanging out at work and Cover Up Your Cleveland Cleverly with a Molly?
