I love Jillian Michaels and how encouraging she is. I think she really wants what is best for the person she's working with, and although she is a TV star I don't think that fame is her main motive.

If I were 20 years younger and still in my teens, I would tell myself that it would all work out. The boys, the girls, the pressure of school; it all seems like the world is ending at some points but it's just hard to look at the big picture with all of those pressures.

I like to workout around my house while I'm doing other things. Most of the time I realize only after I've completed a hard task that I just got in a pretty good workout!

My biggest problem is going out to eat with my husband and family. In the house I can manage to control my portion sizing and healthy eating habits.

I love grilled cheese, always have, and always will. Since I know cheese isn't great for my waistline, I like to make up little ways to sneak in some cheese to my favorite meals without blowing my calorie and fat count for the day.

The gym is in my building 100 feet from my office, and I have to walk by it to get to my car. So unless I really am exhausted, I make a deal: go in, get changed and start; if I still don't feel like it after 5 minutes I can leave.

When I have had a really good week of exercising and eating right, I treat myself, without ruining all of my hard work. What I do is, I cut up about 1/2 cup of strawberries, wash them, mix them with about 2 tsp.

My relatives were just awful to me especially during my teens (no all my life really, I'm 43). I was always kind of chunky, but when I was 15 I started a stupid radical diet.
