Every week I have a talk with me, myself and I. Between us we should come up with the motivation to loose the weight. I have been trying for over 7 years to lose 100 lbs. I have been able to maintain my weight within 5 to 10 lbs. but not loose. Now my grandson is going to be 1 year old and if I keep going the way I have, I might not see him growup.

Hi. In 2001-2002, I lost 45 lbs I'd put on after having my (now) 13-y-o son, mostly just by having the support of ladies like you on an ivillage board.
I'm back. After losing my husband to cancer in 06, I gradually put on about 20 lbs of the old 'baby weight' due to stress, and now, finally, feel ready to tackle it. So, I'm off to the gym, but wanted to check in here first to say, "Day ONE!"

Hello, I am currently really unhappy with my current weight. I have no problems working out, i do it about 4 times every week, including kickboxing for an hour. The only problem i have is with dieting. It is bad to say but i just love food. I eat it just because it sounds good. The worst part is everytime i say i am going to diet that is when the food cravings come the most. I have to fight with myself constantly and it seems like its a battle i never win. Someone help me please!
