Day 1 Assignment: Makeover Your Fridge
Are you ready to lose weight and adopt healthy habits? For the next 30 days, you'll get a daily assignment on your profile that will help you do just that. First, clean out your fridge. Throw away all outdated items. Then buy:
- Fruits and veggies, cut fruit and veggies for snacks, frozen fruit for smoothies and frozen veggies for soups, chili and stews
- Low-fat and fat-free dairy products, 4-oz. containers of yogurt and cottage cheese
- Low-sodium deli meat, skinless white-meat chicken and fish, whole grain bread and rolls

I have maintained a cosistant weight for the past 3 weeks. I'm also very active I play softball, I'm in colorguard, and i lift weights on Mondays and Wednesdays for coditioning. Lately it seems like my lovehandles have gotten bigger and my stomach. I know it's the food I've been eating, because i love my junkfoods. I'm trying to lose 30 pounds for this summer and slim down a bit, What should I do?
