Day 1 Assignment: Makeover Your Fridge
Are you ready to lose weight and adopt healthy habits? For the next 30 days, you'll get a daily assignment on your profile that will help you do just that. First, clean out your fridge. Throw away all outdated items. Then buy:
- Fruits and veggies, cut fruit and veggies for snacks, frozen fruit for smoothies and frozen veggies for soups, chili and stews
- Low-fat and fat-free dairy products, 4-oz. containers of yogurt and cottage cheese
- Low-sodium deli meat, skinless white-meat chicken and fish, whole grain bread and rolls

i am bored with everything related weight loss, i don't seem to be loosing weight and my job rarely gives me enough time to exercise. i need help , i need to loose at least 20 lbs before my wedding in July. please advice me

i have tried everything and just cant lose the weight i want to lose, i want to lose the weight for me and so my husband and i cant have children and it just seems that i gain it. what can i do????

hye m a 17 year old girl but look way to big from my age.i jus want to lose weight to be more confident n to look good.please jeenifer,help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know that i can acheive my goal but i jus need motivation an someone to encourage on even a slightest loss of weight.

If the government really wanted everyone to eat much healthier why is the fattening stuff much cheeper than the healthy fresh fruit and vegges that we really need to concentrate on eating?
I wish i had the time and space to grow my own friut and veg but have to work long hours.

I gained a lot of weight earlier because of illness but have been losing steadily on a healthy diet. I am finding it hard to stay motivated now and feel that this challenge could give me some new ideas and incentive. I am unable to exercise as much as I would like because of high blood pressure and, at present, a leg injury.
