Day 1 Assignment: Makeover Your Fridge
Are you ready to lose weight and adopt healthy habits? For the next 30 days, you'll get a daily assignment on your profile that will help you do just that. First, clean out your fridge. Throw away all outdated items. Then buy:
- Fruits and veggies, cut fruit and veggies for snacks, frozen fruit for smoothies and frozen veggies for soups, chili and stews
- Low-fat and fat-free dairy products, 4-oz. containers of yogurt and cottage cheese
- Low-sodium deli meat, skinless white-meat chicken and fish, whole grain bread and rolls

I once went to a gym for 7 months three times a week and significantly improved my bmi, fitness, muscles... but overall weight was the same and that was all my wife cared about. She put me off the gym and I have not exercised as well in the decade since. Now I am obese

I am going to take the 30 day challenge. the hardest thing is the hours I work.. I am a 911 dispatcher and work midnight one week five day a week for 12 hours a night.. that week is hard and and try to find time to exercise . the next week is easier cause I only work two nights. how do I find the time on that long week to exercise.
another big problem I have is not snacking to stay awake.. I try to bring a few 100 calorie snacks or fruits and vegies but some time I do raid the snack machine..
help me to stay foscused..

As this is my first day for the challenge, revamping the fridge will be quite hard as i am a habitual hoarder for junk and frozen processed food. i will try my hardest to accomplish this and may be try to look at te other way while dumping all the rich fattening food into the bin. This is harder than i thought. However, today i am determine to start eating healthy food although i don't like eating vegetables and fruits very much. .

hey, How are you? i am also realy big for my age and need to lose at least 80 pounds!!! I am having such a hard time at doing so, but things that i do that realy help me is workin out and before i sit down to eat i drink a bottle of H2o it heps alot .....

hey,how are you i have put on alot of weight my self and i am having a realy hard time losing it!!! but what i have found that helps alot is before i sit down to eat i drink a full bottle of H2o and it reay fills me up so then i eat so much less. You should realy try it!!!!
