Day 1 Assignment: Makeover Your Fridge
Are you ready to lose weight and adopt healthy habits? For the next 30 days, you'll get a daily assignment on your profile that will help you do just that. First, clean out your fridge. Throw away all outdated items. Then buy:
- Fruits and veggies, cut fruit and veggies for snacks, frozen fruit for smoothies and frozen veggies for soups, chili and stews
- Low-fat and fat-free dairy products, 4-oz. containers of yogurt and cottage cheese
- Low-sodium deli meat, skinless white-meat chicken and fish, whole grain bread and rolls

I have hypothyriodism and losing weight is hard does anyone have any tips for me?

I'm 68, have arthritis, big back problems, artificial hips, fibromyalgia, asthma and a pacemaker. I know if I lose weight, all of these problems will improve. HELP!

Hi, I am a vegetarian and I weight 140 pounds. I want lose weight and gain muscle. I always wanted to look like the woman fitness trainer from the Biggest Loser and stay that fit for the rest of my life. Ever sience I watched the last season. I know about working out everyday and I try to do that. But, my biggest problem is eating right. What are ways that I can still eat vegetarian meal and lose weight at the same time?

DIABETES, ASK YOUR DR FOR BYETTA - SIDE EFFECT-TAKES YOUR APPETITE AWAY AND YOU LOSE WEIGHT!!!!
I CAN'T BEAR WEIGHT ON MY LEGS, THEREFORE, I CAN'T WALK. I WAS PARALYZED IN 1976 WITH SOMETHING LIKE MS. I AM NOT PARALYZED NOW, JUST LOST ALL OF THE STRENGTH IN MY LEGS.
