The only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Look for good cushioning for your heels and toes and a tight fit that supports your instep but leaves wiggle room for your toes. Tune in tomorrow when we'll take our first steps together. —Leslie Sansone

Staying fit shouldn't be intimidating or expensive. That's Leslie Sansone's philosophy, and the foundation for her wildly successful In Home Walking fitness program. It's the fastest growing indoor exercising program in the country. For the past 28 years Leslie's been showing people that bodies are made to move. With her boundless energy and enthusiasm, Leslie teaches people of all ages, and sizes how to get fit, stay fit, and feel better about life, simply by walking. "Walking is something we can all do in our own homes with no fancy equipment," Leslie says. She is one of the few fitness authorities who takes the intimidation out of getting in shape. A respected expert—at home, on TV and in national health programs—Leslie is the creator of the original In Home Walking program. What started as a few classes in church halls has grown into the number one walking program in the world, grossing over $200 million. Congrats, Kasey!!! I'd suggest talking to your doctor about keeping up with the exercises. Maybe not so vigorous, but one of my friends was working out while pregnant and only gained 3 lbs because she was working out and had weight to lose before getting pregnant. She looks better now than pre-baby... At least the walking (and maybe walking with weights.) I couldn't do much during my second pregnancy due to a hernia, so I got huge! Now I'm fighting daily to lose this stupid weight and inches...
