I went down to walk the treadmill today in the community fitness center. By the time I was through with my 33 minute walk, it was raining and I was wishing I could walk more. Didn't want to ruin my phone and iPod, tho! I just joined last night. I'm working on the walking AND the Fit. We'll see where this goes! I've got about 28 lbs to lose as of today...

one other thing that modivats me it the burn in my muscals all through my body it pushes me!

yes its easyer then i thought! today is my second day running a mile its getting easyer and funner i cant wait to step on the scal thursday. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Im 20 nest month and i weigh 200 pounds i have a big frame i could not share prom dresses with my sisters because of my rib cage and brests i want to loss 20 pounds or MORE and start having kids. i can so do this!!!
