Maybe if you love bread sooo much you don't have to give it up completly. Why not just substitute it with a very high fiber and low calorie bread. Or an english muffin. I love peanut butter too. I now buy the natural peanut butter with no sugar added, it's different but still really good. weight watchers has a pretty good muffin. I wouldn't think you have to give it up just make sure you count the calories or track it.

I'm not an expert by any means but Healthy Life Bread has a great selection of low calorie, high fiber, and low fat breads. At 35 calories a slice , you can have a sandwich at each meals and still only use 210 calories a day, that is less than one donut, muffin or a large bagle. Use low fat turkey and plent y of fruits and vegetable, even peanut butter are all healthy choices. Give it a try.

I also have a pair of Brooks. I have used Aasics and Nike, but Brooks were recommended at a athletic shoe specific store. I am overweight and they provide the most support especially through the bottom of the arch. They are great shoes!
