I really want to loose some weigh, I go to the gym and try to watch what I eat, but I don't see any changes. Is it true that by lifting ways I would see a differents in my weight faster?

I've been buying nothing but Asics - I go a half size larger, they are heavenly on the feet and you can get walking, running, or a combo shoe. I even toss mine in the washer on occasion. Kohl's sells them at a discount.

I am the junk food junkie. I love the sweets, soda, and chips. I don't think I eat very much else. Can you help me redirect to eat normal food without all the cravings?

I try to eat small portions but I can't help but to eat more than I need. I eat cereal for breakfast then a small lunch, then dinner at about <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />9:00 or 10:00 then go to bed full. I think if I walk about two miles a day on my tread mill I'll be able to take off some pounds. Please help!!! What do you think I should do?
