Weight Loss Tricks: Fact or Fiction?
False: Eat a Hot Breakfast
Dr. Wansink advised one group to start each morning with a hot cooked breakfast. Hot breakfast eaters ended up gaining a pound a month—probably because their imaginations ran beyond oatmeal. If you are starting a workout plan..lifting weights and doing cardio is it possible to gain weight? Is it building muscle that is the factor of weight gain?

Hi, I now love oatmeal. I make four cups at a time and then add blueberries after it has cooked. I divide it into four plastic dishes and store it in the fridge. Next morning I just have to heat it in the microwave add sweetner and skim milk. Makes it fast and taste good to.

I love oatmeal....i cook it in water add a little bit of fat free skim milk, cinnamon, and organic cane sugar...mmmm delicious...you could also try adding dry fruit instead of the sugar just don't put too much...try raisins, apricots, cranberries, you could also try adding a little bit of organic honey or organic maple syrup in lieu of the sugar or dried fruit....have fun don't make it bland.

I use to hate oatmeal too, but now I have a bowl 4x a week! Try adding cinnemon and a little bit of brown sugar, its SO much better that way :)
