False: Eat a Hot Breakfast
Dr. Wansink advised one group to start each morning with a hot cooked breakfast. Hot breakfast eaters ended up gaining a pound a month—probably because their imaginations ran beyond oatmeal. Dr. Wansink guesses their reasoning was: “If I’m going to the trouble of cooking something hot, I’m going whole hog – eggs, bacon, pancakes.’” Sounds like a recipe for weight gain.

I hate oatmeal!! My breakfast is usually a boiled egg, tea and a slice of toast with a pat of butter.
My problem is between the hours of 8-10PM.
