How tall are you?  You may be at your ideal weight.  If not, try mixing things up with your diet, like eating several times a day, only smaller meals.  Some people also lose weight by eating more protein vs. carbs and the other way around.  Try to mix up your workouts as well.  Your body becomes use to doing things and it becomes normal.  Try new or different activities to change things up and see if that helps.

Wait a second....!  No one WASTES years being healthy. You are so blessed and lucky to be healthy.  If the exercise component is together...you are doing cardio 4-6 days per week (20-30 minutes...up to 40) and are strength training 2-3 times per week, then you are doing all you can do exercise wise.  By the way, in order to get all that exercise in, I am not talking about hours and hours of exercise. Your day might be 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes of upper body exercises and stretching. The next day you might do 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of lower body training and some stretching. The following day you might do 30-40 minutes of cardio. Then repeat that cycle for the next three days, then rest on the 7th day.   The diet component needs to be consistent too. Most people who I talk to do not stay consistent. They might have 3 or 4 days of really good eating then completely sabotage the week with the weekend eating.  Also things like sodas and alcohol are diet sabotagers.  Sometimes there is discomfort involved in portion control and diet. There are ways to minimize that by good choices, but all of us who have had to lose weight before know that it is not always easy.   I think you should try journaling your food intake to get a true assessment of your intake.  It takes discipline, but it generally will help you to stop and figure out your triggers.  Most of us who have weight to lose have emotional issues with food...we are eating to fill up a void of some kind....not a physical void, an emotional one.  In a way, this can become your opportunity for growth.   I really hope this helps! I would love for this to be the day that you look back on for being the day you committed to getting fit, healthy and trim, followed through and succeeded.  My heart is with you! I hope you write back...Big hugs! Kathy (:

I may be way off with this, but it sounds like you are not eating enough for the amount you are working out.  I have been told you never want to take your intake below 1200 after your workouts.  So you are eating 1200's, but working out 700 calories, only leaving your body 500 calories in your system.  Your body is probably going into starvation mode and storing those calories because your body is not getting enough.  Like I said I maybe way off on this, but from what I have read and been told this can be a huge factor in someone not losing weight.

I have been doing alot of reasearch on water intake as well.  Are you drinking enough water?  I am a runner and try and drink at least 90oz of water a day.  Everyone is different on this, but you should at least be drinking 64 oz of water a day.

Anyways...I hope this helps a little bit.

klr333, I agree about the water.  You should drink half of your body weight in ounces per day.  I agree about the calorie count too.  Make sure you're getting enough calories, don't short yourself.

Cecelia, I give you a ton of credit for being so honest and vulnerable as to put your meal plan out there for the world to see.  Can I suggest you add more protein?  I'm not a nutritionist or anything, but it seems like your protein is lacking, along with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.  Strawberries and celery are great, but you need a much bigger variety.  My doctor suggests what he calls the "rainbow" diet - lots of color!  Peppers, beets, spinach, broccoli, caluiflower, etc.  I love fresh veggies sauteed in olive oil with salt, pepper and oregano.

Anyway...I'm sure you know all that.  I'm sorry you're so frustrated.  But on the bright side, at least you're healthy!  :)  Yeah...doesn't help much, does it?  :(

Keep at it.  :)
