I've tried WiiFit but I can't say I thought it was a "great workout" -- its really good for someone just starting to get in shape. I'm not sure anything can beat spending time at the gym, or playing sports to build a better you.

Have you ever tried Dance Dance Revolution? It's a pretty fun game where you dance on a mat, and you have to follow the arrows on screen with your feet. It has a cool workout mode, where it counts how many calories you burn per song (based on your weight), and keeps a total. It also allows you to set a goal (mine is 125). You can burn over 100 calories in 20 minutes (depending on the songs you pick). You can even dance with a friend!
Does anyone else know of fun workouts like this?
