Tara should have one She was my favorite since day 1!!!!!!!! She reminds me of a person I know and she never fell below the yellow ,line and nearly won every challenge she so deserved to win!!!!!!

Totally agree with comments on Helen's win.
Would like some tips from Rene or any other over 50's on how they lost the weight. I am 61 and exercise every day for at least an hour. I have managed to maintain my weight but I need to lose about 30 pounds to reach my ideal weight.
HELP!!!

OH my gosh.....I'm so disappointed that Helen WON! It shoudl have been Tara or MIke. Helen whined all season and is the most selfish woman on the planet. What kind of woman sends her daughter home? Also....she looked like crap. My husband didn't watch the show but came in the room when Helen was on tonight..........he said, "how old is that woman, she looks about 65?". She looked terrible. She needed to stop losing. Losing that last 20-30 lbs did her no favor....WOW, HORRIBLE. MIke & Tara looked great; so healthy! Helen did the show no favor looking like a bag of bones!!!
It's realy sad when the people who really desever to win, don't. But that's how the game works. I just wish this had been Helen's daughter instead. I don't know how that woman lives with herself!!!! Her annoying factor was off the radar. It's just sad to see somone so selfish and self centered win.

I CAN'T BELIEVE HELEN WON!! It should have been Tara!! I agree that Helen had no business still on the show! What mother would be so selfish and self centered as to let her daughter go home so she could stay, when clearly the daughter has a problem and she still has her whole life a head of her! Helen is the reason her daughter is over weight! And she cost Tara $10,000! Hope she plans on paying Tara the $10,000 from her winnings! After all, its only a game!! Its too bad!!

Quite frankly I am disappointed that Helen won. I wanted to see Tara or Mike win. Previous blogs about Helen being a whiner are dead on. Plus she lost me the moment she put herself before her daughter.
They keep going on about her being 48 years old and being a role model for more mature women.
I was 49 years old in 1997 when I decided ON MY OWN that I could not longer be a 197 pound woman. I went from a size 24 to a size 3 and I have kept it off since then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
