Hi Waughoo,
I enjoyed reading your comment.
What honestly surprised me is how words like "doesn't" and "I" are spelled so wrong!!!!
Why is that?
Just curious.

I hope you have already found information to help you increase your energy and lose weight. In case you still need more help-- I found another website that is helpful to me (I'm a apple shape now too!) The website is realage.com., they even have step by step exercises for beginners in small spaces, chairs etc. Let me know if you get helpful tips or if you know any sites I can find helpful!

Seriously, some take all the fun out of LIFE. I believe there is a healthy way to live life & then there's just not living life at all. Seems like we're either extremely obese or extremely obsessed where we don't even enjoy the little things in life... life a few pieces of cheese or chocolate! Screw that! I exercise, eat fruit, drink water, drink milk, eat cheese, and chocolate... but in moderation. I'd rather knock a few years off my life just to enjoy the ones that I am here for. Enjoy life, you only have one.

Eggs are a great source of protein. They have no fat or carbohydrates which is ideal for 100 protein. They also provide essential amino acids and are a nutrient dense source of protein.
