can you show is a video of each dance type because i dont know the moves of most of the styles..also can we do different dances each day??

These are great suggestions! I especially love belly dancing. Well, I
don't participate but I love to watch it. A few of my friends have
taken classes and their waist lines have dwindled away. I like the
suggestion for doing Indian moves to work the arms but I just don't
know how effective it will be. What I enjoy is using resistance bands
to do a variety of exercises that tone and firm the arms. I've gotten
good results with this.
Oh,
and jazz sounds like it would be a really fun way to get in cardio
without staying on a machine and being bored to death, and so does
Salsa. I think these are all great ideas for breaking the monotony in
your fitness routine. You still need to add some sort of resistance
training though.
