My wife, Margaret has MS and I am looking for some exercise she can do to up-lift her spirit and make life that little bit better as she is not doing any therapy. She is 63 and has progressive MS,hypertension and gets tired after 1300hrs each day. :et me know if there is something simple she could do each day,
