5 Easiest Exercises Ever

Fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins reveals her secrets for fitting in easy workouts during the day. Here's some motivation to get you started...

Promise yourself that you’ll try one new cardio workout every evening after work for just five minutes. It could be five minutes of a new dance video, a walk around the block or a short bike ride. My wife, Margaret has MS and I am looking for some exercise she can do to up-lift her spirit and make life that little bit better as she is not doing any therapy. She is 63 and has progressive MS,hypertension and gets tired after 1300hrs each day. :et me know if there is something simple she could do each day,
Thank you,
