There really isn't any that is healthy, but there are other ways of sweetening things like cakes and pies by using real fruit. You have to remember that when something is made in a lab and not grown your body doesn't know what to do with everything that's in it.

You could always double your protein at Lunch. But remember to always eat health meats, fish and chicken are always a good choice, as long as their cooked in a healthy way.

Try Maple syrup, lemon and cayenne. Its what they use in the Master cleanse but it is a yummy drink warm
