I too was on Coumadin (now on Warfarin) but instead of not eating any of the "forbidden" vegetables, I limited my intake.  I guess I really didn't notice a difference.

Eating right is all about veggies; and other balanced portion foods.

All of the veggies listed are a BIG NO-NO if you are on Coumadin (Blood thinner), so what do I do then???


Can anyone help me out??  It actually is my father who is one Coumadin, and I am trying to find out information for him!!!!
