hi

most of your content was correct, but i have to disagree about the carbs . your body needs a healthy balance of good carbs every day. whole wheat pasta brown rice oatmeal quinoa are all examples of healthy carbs. everything in moderation

Not sure if you've located the DVD's, but I have found that Target has a really nice selection of Leslie's videos as well as The Biggest Loser DVD's.  Prices are always reasonable.  Good Luck!!!

I LOVE Biggest Loser and don't miss an episode. I actually will watch it more than once a week ..lol.  I am currently doing Nutrisystem and I bought the Biggest Loser 2 workout video with Bob and Kim. (Bob's bootcamp almost kills me..lol). I have bad knees and back, so I do what I can. But, the BL has inspired me so much. There is even a Nutrisystem version of the biggest loser challenge going on. we are in week 3. weigh in is on Saturdays. I too had a gastric bypass but never lost more than the initial 121 lbs that I lost. I actually gained 44 back. but never again!!!!
