I love the biggest loser, especially this season with contestants that have major medical problems. I suffer from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and a under active thyroid. My weight just keeps climbing. I would love to see a contestant on the show with these health challenges so I could use them as a pattern for what I should be doing.

I  got the Leslie Sansone's Walking DVD at Walmart for $14.97 and it comes with a Band.   I love it !

I have three children, the oldest is 40.  My mother taught me that it is easier to lose the pregnancy weight earlier than later.  I suggest putting the baby in a buggy or stroller and hitting the road for some nice long walks.  Do this every day.Take the necessities for the baby and some water for you as well. The weather is nicer now and in six weeks you will see a big difference.  Also, throw out all the junk food in your house and lay in fruits and veggies for yourself so you won't be tempted.  Walking mild hills helps too. It also helps you bond with your baby.

i love the biggest loser.i want to lose the weight but i just cant seem to get the stuff going.im only in a funk.i have lost only 30 pounds and im stuck on it.i want to be on the show the biggest loser but dont know how to apply.

Kathy, I just want you to know Iam in the same boat Iam a diabetic also an Iam trying to loose wight ot get off some of my meds. so far I have lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks going to gym in ttry to watch what I eat more careful. so don"t give up keep on going we all need support and will power.                                   my goal is to drop 25 pounds before my birthday which is july 4th
