I had a gastric in 01, i got down to 280, i am now 380, my problem was i get laid off in the winter, i gain 30+lbs, i have high blood presure, i find it hard unemployed to pay for meds, i know it is high right now with the constant nose bleeds and a dull ache in my left chest area, i blow that off so i really hop eit is nothing, i had my preasure checked at a drug store, 198/91. i have had the bottom number over 100. anyways i find it hard to stay awake in the morning after dropping the kids off to school, and live on my couch, i am a faithful watcher of biggest loser, motivation starts at the beginning of the show, and ends at the end of the show for some reason. i take bunches of b-12, do you think that 5 hour energy will just kill me or will it give me enough energy to want to do something, anything. my day of food starts sometimes at lunch, dont normally eat breakfast, sometimes eat lunch, and have dinner with the family
i really need help, and the anti depressants dont work, been on them also

Since the age of 15 I have been up and down in losing weight and didnt do it the right way. When I got so down on myself I just quit eating. And I am now 19 and have a 5 month old daughter and want so desperately to get this weight off! I want to be better for her and for my family. I have so been watching "BL" and it has me inspired I have started puttin fruits in my diet (though I need more) also adding exercise.

Have you been re-tested for your levels? And maybe your meds aren't working well enough for you. I understand that Amour is supposed to be more natural, but if it isn't working then you should ask to try something else. I have had a thyroid problem for 9 years and tend to gain when my meds are not at the right level. My Dr. even lowered my Rx strength one time and this helped (for me). But - I hate to say it - even with my thyroid I had to come to terms with calories in vs calories out. What has helped me be successful is keeping an accurate and HONEST food diary of everything I put in my mouth. Then I log my workouts/cal burned. Then I can see my progress. Remember it takes burning 3500 to lose 1 lb. Good Luck!!

Hi Fran. I read your post and can relate to you. I have yo yo dieted and have done almost everything under the sun to try to lose weight but nothing seemed to truely work. I ran across this fat wrap called the Ultimate Body Applicator in January and have lost 2 pant sizes from using it. I just measure, put on the wrap wherever I want to use it, because it's small, and then wrap in surran wrap and sleep in it. I wake the next day, take the wrap off and I have lost inches. 5 1/2 on my first wrap. Then I drink lots of water for the next 3 days to flush. The wrap is a combination of plant and sea extracts that flush the toxins from the fat cells and helps to flatten them back out. It's an amazing tool in aiding weight loss. You get results in as little as 45 minutes.
