Hi I also love the Biggest Looser show. I have found a product that works awesome in conjunction with any diet and you get immediate results. I have been using this little thing called "The Ultimate Body Applicator" and have lost 2 pant sizes from just 4 wraps. There are also other products that I have used to help as well such as the "Its Regular" which is a colon cleanser. It is simple to use and has great results in as little as 45 minutes.

Hi Fran:  Depression is the fisrt thing that I would have to speak of as most people that find their self depressed will tend to eat more than usually so first off I would have to say stop feeling sorry for yourself and being depressed.  Look for the good things within yourself.  There is more than just outer beauty.  Second of all you have to eat right  all the time FORGET ABOUT DIETING it does not work change your way of eating.  If you eat right even with thyroid problems you can still loss weight so I do not believethat you can blame it on that entirely.  If you will lower your fats to 20 grams a day you will loss weight and trust me you will lose it fast.  I started a low fat diet on august 10th and by thanksgiving day i had lose 35 pounds and my friend that was on the diet with me lost 58 pounds and she and i both have an under active thyriod.   I have kept my wieght off for over 10 years and have never gotten back to my original size.  There are many ways to trick your mind into not wanting to eat and also things that you can tell yourself  to help you change the way you eat.  email me and lets talk i truly do feel your pain and i am here in north carolina also and i would be glad to help you i am a personal trainer so i know that it is hard but i also know that youcan do it you just need a good support person or persons, i'd be glad to help you, write me and i will tell you what i did and how i managed my new eating menu.  estes1234567@yahoo.com
