Fran, pray about it your body is your temple we have to come against the spirit of obesity. I am also dealing with my weight problem you just have to the drive and will power ask the Lord to give you strength and he will the bible said let the desires of your heart be made known so tell he exactly what you want and need remember don't leave nothing out!!!!

I agree the Leslie is very good esp. if you are scared togo to the gym I did the 2maile fast walk and burned almost 400 calories in just 40 minutes. And you don't need much space to do the walking either. If you have cable look for some of the workouts on the ExerciseTV On Demand channel. It's free!!

Fran,
I suggest using Leslie Sansone's walking DVD or audio tapes. The low empact exercise is good for your heart and also helps you feel better that you are doing something about your health. I stay off the scale and just mark it a successful day if I do the walk and stay away from some junk food.
