Dear Marie,
Dancing is healthy, funny. I have done it with my partner for 6 years in a dance club. It was enthusiasm and regular dance made us younger and fitt.
Then we establish our own office to earn the musts, and no time to go...This makes me blue. My partner got back problems because of lack of moving.

Hi Marie, I read your message and Im kind of having the same problem, I Love to dance too, but noone to dance with, but couldnt we get the same results dancing freestyle around the house? I wish there was a safe dance club or studio around but I dont know of any where I live.

I love to dance, but I dont have anyony to dance with, can you get the same results dancing freestyle by yourself? If thats possible I would do it everyday as I clean or just when Im having some free time.

AWESOME, WISH I HAD A PARTNER. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT DANCE AND SORRY TO SAY
CAN HARDLY WALK. I DANCE AROUND THE HOUSE MYSELF SOMETIMES BUT NOT THE
SAME. I LOVE DANCING AND BELIEVE THAT IS WHY I HAVE ALWAYS NEVER HAD A WEIGHT
ROBLEM TILL NOW. HAVE BEEN DOWN ABOUT 3 YRS. AND DONOT DANCE ANYMORE.
WISH THERE WAS SOMEPLACE CLOSE TO GO OR SOMEONE TO DANCE WITH. BUT I AGREE
DANCING IS GREAT AND YOU CAN KEEP THAT FIGURE LOOKING GOOD IF YOU KEEP IT UP.
