I bought the BL cookbook I have not tried the recipes yet but cant wait to do so. Dec 31 2008 14 of my friends and I embarked on our own version of the Biggest Loser we put a dollar each week in the bottle and the one who has lost the most percentage by Aug 31 when most of us will be going to the Outer Banks for vacation will win the money in the bottle. I think my daughter who just turned 18 will be winning I am so proud of her she has lost 42 pounds so far myself 20 its hard but rewarding. she has ran in two 5K's and one 6K and took 3rd place in the 6K for her age division. I have ran in one 5K and the 6K and I finished LOL and thats what matters at this point I am not going to give up its not about coming in first or last but that we made a change in ourselves to eat better and become more active although my daughter plays soccer and softball she was gaining weight because of food choices....Well sorry that I rambled on but I am a proud mom and proud of myself and friends for doing such a good job. Bob and Jillian I wish I could meet you and shake your hand. You both are angels....God Bless

Hi Jullian, I've been exercising with you at Comcast on demand. I have been doing your exercise almost nightly, I'm watching my diet but I can't seem to lose. (If not your program other exercise programs) I'm 77 years old, and I think that being able to do jumping jacks and jumping rope I'm doing well in keeping up with your program. Have you any suggestions? LT

Jillian,
I have a very close friend that has been told by her Dr. that she has NASH. What would the best foods be that don't have Trans and Sat. fat? I would like to help reverse the liver (NSAH).
Thank you,
Jude

Hi Bob and Jillian,
I was diagnosed with Lupus in April of 07. Working out comes with hardships and pain that I've never faced before. Determination to never give up andIthe fact that I hear the sound of Jillians voice saying I don't care if you die you better not stop unless you faint. After the workout I hear the sound of Bob's words of encouragement telling me that I can do it and that I'm worth it . That is what keeps me going. I would love nothing more than to meet them just once in my life to let them know that it was their show that inspired me to get up off the couch and stop watching TV, except on Tuesday's of course. This show is helping me to change my life. I want to tell everyone who takes for granted the fact that they can work out without severe pain that you will have to face for the rest of your life that you don't know how lucky you are.. I wish that I could know one workout without the pain. Please don't make excuses, make it happen.
Bob and Jillian I thank you from the bottom of my heart...
All my Love,
Karen-
