I too have limited funds to aid in my work-outs and daily exercise but I've managed to lose 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks by walking (FREE!) 35 minutes 4-5 times a week (my pace has increased due to consistentcy!), using 3lb 'walking' weights ($5 each) to aid in my strength training (3-4 times a week), and finding a variety of exercises to do with and without my yoga ball ($15). Pilates, Yoga, push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc. are all completely free and though you may use equipment for some of these, you can still get an excellent work-out without resistence bands ($10 set of 3) or dumb bells.

I have Jillian Michael's Power Sculpt and 30-Day Shred DVD.  The Power Sculpt states that I should do it 5-6 days a week.  I thought if you used weights, that you had to give your muscles a rest.

Dear Sir,


I read about your weight loss and diet program on you web site. I am 31 years old and i am 6.3 height and weight 115 kgs. i hve good hight weight and physic. infact i started avoiding rice for the past 1and half months. Moring i take break fast bread and milk. in the after noon i take Tuna Salad or roti. this i continued for more than 1 month.


 


Should i hve to diet more or i hve to involve home exercise. pls advice me for best results.
