I really think the biggest loser inspires a whole lot of people. I only have one regret about it I think it should be on every night of the week. That way more people would be on the right track everyday. I know that watching it on Tuesday helps me out. So if we could have it on more it would be really great.

Hi i have been watching the biggest loser since day one.. it was really inspiring but in the begining few seasons the contestants werent even that big so it really didnt hit me until this season that i have to get my 355 pound ass up and go to the gym, i am only 24 years old and have my whole life ahead of me. kristin reaaly inspired me because i just felt her pain when no one picked her on day one, she did this because she wanted to change her life and start a family i want to do this to change my life and be a good mom for my kids and be there when they need me. thank you biggest loser for coming to us and showing the right path.

I have been watching The Biggest Loser since season two and always got so determined to get my weight off. I'd never just sit and watch the finale. I'd be exercising during it! It wasn't until this season that I finally "got it". How much I could be down if had started with season two. I started with The Biggest Loser DVD's in January (yes I have three now so I'm likely to get bored) and now I am down 21 pounds. I look at my twenty first pound as the first step in my second set of twenty. I have 60 more to go. My fellow teachers have joined in with me and we work out together three afternoons a week!!!
