Banana splits for breakfast is not a bad idea, because if you workout in the morning it's good to spike your blood sugar so you can have energy.

I am only 32 years old and now I am the biggest I have ever been at 255lbs and only on a 5'4 tall frame! Ouch! It's gotta hurt! I seen these ladies in my magazine that lost alot of weight on the biggest loser and they look so great and sexy now and in shape! If they can do it, we all can do it! Come on people get out there and sweat it off!!! And we'll have to stay off some of the bad foods, like sweets and fast food. I think we can eat some in moderation and we gotta start speed walking or working out doing something you like! I got a used treadmill at a garage sale for only $90 and wanna start using it and see if I can get down to 120lbs again! Haven't been that small probably since 6th grade! ha ha! But even if I get down to the weight I was in most of high school of 136 or 140 lbs, is better then nothing! Move it or lose it America! Remember losing weight is mainly in your diet 80% or so they say, so just eating alot less should show results, but speeding your metabolism up by working out will also help even quicker and healthier and you will be less likely to gain it back if you can stick with a workout program. It's a lifestyle change if you want to keep it off for good! Eat healthy and workout and stay in shape and look great! I've lost 20lbs in a month before by barely eating anything then as soon as I start eating again how I really like to, I eat myself back to a higher weight then I started with! But if I was working out and watched it I could have lost more or maintained it. What was I thinking! Now my body seems like all it wants to do is gain even more weight!

Watching biggest looser was great i just wish i could loose weight i weigh 200 and it is so hard to work out i can only walk i have no money for a gym and i dont eat much veg. I dont like vegs. I dont know what to eat and how much so good luck everyone on biggest looser.
