Inspired by the funny Strong As Steel kitchen workout, we’ve got the right moves to tone your body and heat up your kitchen. Let's get started...

Stand arm’s length away from your refrigerator. Place hands body width apart on the door. Lower your body. Lift your body. Remember to keep your neck and back straight and abs tight. Do 10 reps.

Targets: chest, shoulders, triceps
