i have been having trouble with my weight for years and im tired of it i dont  weigh 133 or 185 im 214 but im 5'6 i get so frustrated sometimes because i cant seem to get this weight off me sometimes it seems like im not really motivated im 21 years old and every girl i look at my age has a flat stomach back when i was in high school my heart got broke and i stayed in front of the t.v with mc donalds lol!!! wasn't funny at  the time so of course i gained weight  since then i tried walking for about 3 days and ill stop my weight been so up and down for so many years ive been stressing about my weight since i was 11 years old i tired of it im ready to live my life and feel comfortable in my skin i really need advice....:)
