I have been gaining some weight and i am not sure i like it, my friends say i am skinny but medium i want to be good body and beautiful hair. So there is this exercise i do daily and so far I have lost 9 pounds so this is what i do. I go out on a jog every morning but i wear light clothes and i move my hand almost as if i am riding a bike-but with my hands- And it helps and i know it's not just the jog

I had one of those too and it was great fun!  Let me know if you come across something like that again please - It's as good as a jump rope but not nearly as tedious.

I just had to comment before even reading through this. Honestly, the girl on the first picture is far too thin and very unhealthy. Obviously we don't know whether the cause of her being underweight is an eating disorder, or something else, but as a website that promotes good health, and fitness- healthy body image is also crucial. This picture is not a good representation of something healthy and fit and you should be more careful with the models you choose. As someone who has recovered from an eating disorder, I'm very sensitive to these things and feel that emotional health, self esteem, and promoting healthy weights is very very important no matter what someone's goals may be.
