Is there a trick to hoola hoop.   I keep trying and it just falls.

I was thrilled to discover PunkRope at my local Y (g'point). It was a secret-home-workout-dream come true - jump roping, burning tons of calories, and doing strength training drills in my living room with fast-paced, jumpy, punk rock tunes (pushing me to sweat more). Not only is this an intense fitness program, it's fun and the people are very supportive and encouraging - not to mention the best hosts for summer picnics and other community events.

i am still young. 23 years of age but i do make myself overweight. i am 153cm tall and 68kg. my belly looks like it wanna blow and fat is everywhere.i couldn't find any clue how i could make myself go lighter.

i used to go on a crush diet. i never eat rice for three months. i did lose some weight from 63 to 55kg but it makes me less energetic. my face looks pale and always getting tired. so i've tried Herbalife. i only lose about  5kg from 68 to 63kg. but now i'm 68kg again. i do exercise but none of it makes me even lighter. i just kept being in the same weight.

It's a serious workout and serious fun at the same time. I love the class! Each one is different, which makes it more interesting, and the people are so friendly. Just try it! Don't worry if you can't jump rope, we won't judge you, and you'll get into the swing of things real fast.

PunkRope is by far the best and toughest class I've ever taken. It's unbelievably fun, and you're laughing so hard the whole time you don't know how hard you're working -- until you can't get outta bed the next morning! It never gets old since every class has a different theme. Tim (the instructor and inventor) does an amazing job of turning it into a community-oriented workout, so you make amazing friends at the same time. Look for a class in your area, or buy the DVD - seriously!!
