Wow, Diane I remember that toy.  Took me awhile to get it, but I was unstoppable once I did.  I think you are onto something that could make a nice buck to market something like that to adults.

Ambika, you may have that dreaded separation we get after delivering.  You may want to look into wrapping your tummy with one of the devices designed for such, Google it, as there are several to choose from. And if it is fat that has lovingly deposited there, try some intervals!  Five minutes of exertion and five minutes of slowing down to recover did wonders in my beginning stages of trying to recover a decent body.  You build up the intervals over time and the effects are phenomenal.  Google that as well and check out YouTube to see actual workouts so you get an idea of what to do to try before you buy a course to follow.

I think I want the weighted Hoops I found online.  At least to make it feel more like a workout.

When I was a kid there was a toy out called, Jingle Hop. You buckled it on to the heel of your shoe, and there was a ball with a bell in it on a rope made of plastic.

Remembering as I can, when I was a child it was a great workout. I wish they would make something like that for adults so we could go outside and play!!! and get great exercise at the same time.
