That's not true, Everybody makes mistakes and reverts back to their old diet habits. maybe logging in a journal what you eat. Maybe lettting yourself have a cheat day, if that intails one small piece of dark chocolate, as dark chocolate is better for you and it helps with chocolate cravings, a day or one cheat day a week.

trust me slips happen, its a lifestyle change just keep in mind the goal you want to achieve. if that means pasting it on a place you see everyday to reach your goal so be it!! ... you can do this, it will make you stronger to achieve something that seems difficult right now..good luck

Hi, I read your post and feel your pain, may I just tell you what has worked for me?? Weight Watchers, I do the online program, so no meetings. This is fine with me because I enjoy tinkering with the computer, anyhow, I have shed 38 pounds in 8 months, I gave myself one year to do it, but here I am!!! and I have never been hungry  once....hope this helps, it only costs me around 19 dollars and change a month.

Change your exercise program.  If you do the same exercises over and over, you body will get use to the routine and you won't get the same constant results of weight loss.  However, if you switch up your exercise program, maybe add some Yoga or something, you should begin seeing the desired results again.  Also, remember that muscle weighs more than fat.  As your muscle mass builds, you may still be losing fat because the muscle is burning it, but your muscle is heavier and therefore you don't recognize the weight loss on the scale.  You will, however, reach a point where your muscle is burning signicant amounts of fat and the pounds will start dropping faster.

Good Luck and God Bless!
