i am always going from a low, sort of okay weight, to a high not happy at all weight....i was at 155 and i was so happy, only 15 more pounds to go to my ideal weight!

Then christmas came along.....and oh my gosh, the food and sweets that entered my stomach....i went way up to 175....the horror number, before christmas i was exercising and doing everything perfect....and ofcourse when the holidays roll around you get lazy and want to eat everything you want! So about a week and a half ago, i was at 172 and i've been on my "diet" again....eating very little, apples for snacks and eating breakfast, dinner and a special k bar for dessert.....and in that week and a half i have lost 10 pounds, so now im back down to 162....i really want to get to 140 and stay there!!!!

But it is so hard to lose the weight and maintain that weight for a long time, im like a yo-yo...keep going from good to bad, good to bad and its stressing me out!! I need major help, i just want to stick to my diet and keep losing weight and looking good, and hopefully feel happy about the way i look.

Don't put yourself down!  We all have our moments.  Just next time, find another alternative to a candy bar.  Like a great recipe I found.  Peanut butter cups- use reduced fat or sugar free peanut butter mixed with fat free or sugar free cool whip in a bowl.  Then take 12 muffin tin lined with muffin liners fill with peanutbutter mixture and then drizzle chocolate syrup either fat free or sugar free on each muffin cup then freeze for about and 1 or 2 hours.  While thats freezing get back to work and exercise!!  Then enjoy a peanut butter cup without the guilt!  (They taste like peanutbutter pie without the crust) Hang in there!!
