I believe thats not true! My own experience shows that even when you eat a bar of candy, if you kept to diet the rest of the time, you will see the results.. it works for me :)

I really had trouble yesterday. After following the diet faithfully for 6 hours, I messed up by having a bar of candy. This means I will not see any good results for a very long time.
