For the diabetics - check out Prevention Magazine - they have a great article/diet plan targeted towards diabetics.

Your exercise doesn't have to be strenuous in order to loose the weight. Walking 30 minutes a day each day will get you off to a healthy start. Do this for a month then work your minutes up each month. You'll loose the weight and your Diabetic count will lower.

I am diabetic and need assistance in losing weight, i believe that weight loss would put me on safer grounds. unfortunately i cannot take strenous excerise. please advise.

i have not been on any diet in eighteen years i have just weighedmyself and i am now just17 st 10 pounds 5ft 2ins and in my fiftys i was thinking of putting on just about another couple of st to reach20st what do you think please let me know if i am very heavy for my height and age it has nevre concerned me before
