i would agree with the red wine and dark chocolate, but NOT hershey's ever! nor bought distilled wine. Only if it is made at home, straight form your own vineyard lol. or better eat the grapes. as far as chocolate, put a good amount of dark cocoa (unsweetened and stuff) in your shake and a banana, milk, and you'll get all the goodies and antioxidants.
there are better alternatives, that taste way better than any junky processed food/drink. same goes for acai juice, or even orange one, bought of course. any benefits? not really. if it is not made at home on the spot from the fruits, the it ain't "natural".
if you don't know any better, yeah, take and teach the bad stuff, but at least research first if there is a better healthy alternative that is ALSO more tasteful.

Not sure if all the foods listed here are really considered "junk food".
