Another good tip, get your favorite fresh fruits, chop them up into cubish sized blocks, freeze them, brew some tea, and voila! Sweet refreshing fruit flavored iced tea with even less sugar! Just dump your frozen fruit cubes in your tea (or lemonade) and go! Plus, you can freeze the flavored tea and then you have a healthy hot weather treat for you and the kids, along with the frozen fruit! Double trouble!
