I don't go to a gym or anything like that but here in Katikati Bay of Plenty New Zealand our Medical Centre has a Healthy Weight Clinic which I have been going to now for six months and with guidence from my Healthy Weight Counselor and eating healthy and being more active lots of walking I am losing weight I did a 12km walk last September and I am going to do it again this year well in those six months I have lost a total of 26.8kilos I have gone from 105.7kilos down to 78.9kilos so a gym is not always the answer I have had operations on my feet [major ones ] over five years but I don't let that stop me so many out there have excuses and talk of diet to me that is not for me I talk about my
LIFESTYLE CHANGE and I am doing this for me but I have amazing support from family and heaps of friends. I think these clinics should be in all medical centres and it doesn't cost any huge ammount to do it and if you have the right attitude you will do it.
