I think you may want to speak to your doctor again.  I'm sure he said no fried fish or chicken. Grilled, steamed or baked chicken & fish are low in fat & cholesterol.  I also substitute ground turkey breast for hamburger to make my recipes lower in fat.

  1.         no meat

  2.         no chiken

  3.         no fish

  4.         no potatos

so what have I eat ???
