Hi i am on sertraline, strong co-codamol and pregabalin and have put on about 2 stone with these tablets, as have a chronic pain condition and need some tips for lighter exercises.

Something to contemplate: we are all as happy (or unhappy) as we choose to be. No one else can make us happy! We choose to be happy in ourselves. It's taken me a lOOOOOOOOOONg time to learn this, and to finally accept my body the way it is (curvy but slightly flabby); btw, i'm 41 yo, although people tell me i look to be in my mid to late 30's.
Just remember, you don't have to be what the media says we should be. Only be you.

Its nice to know that you have found out a way to burn out. How do you manage to have the time and the stamina for a daily sexual activity. Some tips from you would be highly appreciated.
