Hi,
I have been in the same situation. But some innovative ideas from my husband helped me out. Taking stairs & avoiding lift is a good idea. Choose to walk when ever you can. Main ting which worked out for us was having sexual intercourse everyday. We sweat a lot and good for body and mind.

my daughter who is 26 years has married two years and gain too much weight in her legs, thies and tummy.
Please suggest me some exercises that she done in her house as she is working in office.
