Hello Ladies! I, too, would love a few online buddies! After some medical issues, I gained 22 lbs in 2 years and have not dropped one pound back off in 2 years. So for 4 years I have felt unattractive, and I also feel like it's affecting my marriage. Drop me a line, or however we're supposed to make contact and lets get started!
It's Monday morning, Jan 5 and so far I have had 2 small decent meals, and went 1 1/2 miles on my treadmill.... (this is where I need someone to say "good job" lol) Getting started doesn't seem hard, but to keep going, life takes over and I put my needs last. I have 4 children and a very busy life.
Your turn....

Hi everyone I am 29 married with a 5 year old. I would like to find a couple of buddies so that we can keep each other accountable. I really need to lose weight i have gotten up to 188 pounds and I am 5'3 its not pretty I don't feel sexy anymore and I think its affecting my marriage. If I don't find myself sexy how can i expect my husband to find me sexy. I look in the mirror and I don't see myself anymore I feel like a blob. I now that being heavy is not everything but my self-esteem has gone down the toilet. I would love to lose about 40 pounds by July, we always go down to Savanah for the forth and I would love to be able to wear a bathing suit and cute tops by then. If anyone want to be my weight loss buddy lets e-mail daily my e-mail is candai79@yahoo.com.
